Terms of Service

Welcome to AI Review Gen, a software platform owned and operated by Biztran Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Biztran", "AI Review Gen", "we", "our", or "us").

 

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Review Gen platform, website, applications, APIs, and related services.

 

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About AI Review Gen

AI Review Gen is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to:

  • Manage Google Business Profiles

  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews

  • Collect customer feedback

  • Measure NPS, CSAT and CES

  • Generate AI-assisted review responses

  • Analyse customer sentiment

  • Manage customer experience

  • Automate business workflows

  • Access analytics and reporting

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Have the legal authority to represent your organisation (if registering on behalf of a business).

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • All activities that occur under your account.

  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised use of your account.

​

4. Google Account and Google Business Profile Access

Certain features require you to connect your Google Account.

By authorising AI Review Gen, you grant permission to access only the Google data that you explicitly approve through Google's OAuth consent process.

You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account security settings.

AI Review Gen is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

5. Licence

Subject to these Terms, Biztran Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use AI Review Gen for your internal business purposes.

You may not:

  • Copy the software.

  • Reverse engineer the software.

  • Sell or sublicense the software.

  • Remove copyright notices.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful activities.

  • Upload malicious software.

  • Attempt to disrupt the platform.

  • Interfere with other users.

  • Violate third-party rights.

  • Use automated tools to abuse the service.

  • Circumvent security measures.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI Review Gen may generate:

  • Suggested review replies

  • Customer response drafts

  • Reports

  • Business insights

  • Analytics

You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or acting upon it.

Biztran Solutions does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all business data, customer information, reviews, survey responses, and other content that you upload or collect through AI Review Gen.

You grant Biztran Solutions permission to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the services described in these Terms.

9. Google API Services

AI Review Gen uses Google APIs only after receiving your explicit authorisation.

We access Google data solely to provide the features requested by you.

We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising purposes.

AI Review Gen complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

10. Subscription and Payments

Certain services may require a paid subscription.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Subscription fees are payable in advance.

  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

11. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance

  • Security updates

  • Third-party service outages

  • Force majeure events

  • Internet disruptions

12. Data Backup

AI Review Gen performs reasonable operational backups where applicable; however, you remain responsible for maintaining copies of your critical business data.

13. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with third-party services, including:

  • Google Business Profile

  • Google Sign-In

  • WhatsApp Business Platform

  • Email providers

  • SMS providers

  • Payment gateways

Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

14. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, designs, logos, trademarks, documentation, and other intellectual property related to AI Review Gen remain the exclusive property of Biztran Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

15. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the confidential information of the other and to use such information only as necessary to perform or receive the services.

This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

16. Privacy

Your use of AI Review Gen is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • AI Review Gen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

  • Biztran Solutions does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • Biztran Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Biztran Solutions, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the platform.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your infringement of any third-party rights.

  • Content or data you submit through the platform.

19. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Breach these Terms.

  • Use the service unlawfully.

  • Attempt to compromise the security of the platform.

  • Fail to pay applicable subscription fees.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure in accordance with our data retention policies.

20. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through our website, application, or by email where appropriate.

Continued use of the services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

23. Google API Disclosure

AI Review Gen's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is accessed only with the user's explicit consent and is used solely to provide the requested functionality. AI Review Gen does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine learning models.​​
