User Data Deletion Instructions

Biztran Spanda users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.
To request deletion:
1. Send an email to:
2. Use the subject:
“Data Deletion Request”
3. Include:
- Your registered email address
- Facebook Page or Instagram account associated with the platform
- Your business/account name
After verification:
- Connected Meta account tokens will be revoked
- Stored account information will be deleted
- Associated analytics and platform data will be removed where applicable
Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days.
Some records may be retained where legally required for compliance, fraud prevention, or security purposes.
